With you all the way to a good night’s sleep
About me
Hi there! I’m Lucy, a mother of four, trained sleep practitioner, and qualified teacher.
Have you been in that 4am place where you’d give anything to be able to go back to sleep? Have you spent the afternoons dreading the evening and night ahead? Have you tried everything and nothing has worked? Are you confused by all the conflicting advice out there? Are you worried it’s too late for your older child to sleep well?
I have experienced many of these things myself and have a passion for helping parents. Nothing beats someone who cares walking alongside you, listening to your experiences and creating tailored solutions for your family.
I keep up to date with the latest sleep research and will give you evidence-based advice. I’ve worked with lots of families, and know how different each family and child is, so I design every sleep plan from scratch.
Sleep impacts everything. It’s what the research shows and it’s what you know from your own experience. The vast majority of little ones, with the right input, can get high quality, independent, consolidated, night sleep and naps. This will be our goal for your child and I’ll support you all the way. And the best part is that you will be laying sleep foundations for your baby, toddler or child that will benefit them for a lifetime.
Want good sleep for you and your child? I’d love to hear from you.
What my clients say

Good sleep in three, simple steps…
-
I ask families to complete a questionnaire so that I can make the most of our 60-90 minute initial consultation. I do consultations in person if you’re within 20 minutes of Henley-on-Thames, otherwise they can be online. As we talk through what you’d like to change and develop in your child’s sleep, my aim is to help you to understand your child’s sleep struggles, identify what you want to change and to choose a way of getting there that you feel comfortable with and confident about. We decide on a sleep plan together.
-
I write you a bespoke sleep plan after our consultation. This will be broad-ranging, but will include things like:
Newborns (0-4 months) - helping you to get into sustainable rhythms, maximise your night sleep, and teach your little one independent sleep skills.
Older babies (5+ months)and toddlers - helping you get a good night's sleep and high quality naps.
Children - Using CBTi to tackle bedtime battles, early morning waking, anxiety and night wakings.
-
This can be the most important part because implementing change, or starting on your sleep journey, can feel daunting and it’s important that you feel well supported. I commit to guiding you through the process for four weeks. We adjust the sleep plan weekly as progress is made and problem solve any issues that arise. This normally means weekly face-to-face catch ups or phone calls, whatsapp support at any time and live sleep tracking as we implement the sleep plan. I am here whenever you need some support, reassurance or have a question.
Cost
Steps 1-2: £95
You can start with steps 1 and 2 and then implement the sleep plan yourself.
If at this point you decide you’d like ongoing guidance, encouragement and problem-solving help, you always have the option of extending the package to include support for four weeks (with the £95 you’ve already paid removed from the total price).
Step 1-3: £215
£215 covers the whole process from start to finish, with as much support as you need over four weeks. This really allows you to make the most of the time to ensure that your little one’s high quality sleep is secure far beyond your time working with me.
Previous clients
If you’re a previous client who would like to check back in for some more support, just contact me to schedule a consultation. £35 covers a 45 minute phone consultation and emailed recommendations.
If you’ve come to the end of your four week’s support, but you’d like to add a week, that’s fine! £40 will cover an extra week’s Whatsapp support, sleep tracking and catch-up call.
